Attenzione… organising a wedding in Italy is not easy! Without the right contacts the organization can be time consuming and stressful. We have spent the past 20 years carefully assembling the right venues and a team of the best vendors to make your dream wedding reality.
Our main tasks include:
– Finding the perfect venue.
Giving advice on every aspect of the wedding: the photographer, the music, the table setting, the wedding dinner and the decoration.
– Preparing a detailed playbook.
– Being the single point of contact for both the venue and all other parties involved, such as the caterer, florist, hair stylist, etc.
– Timely requesting the wedding documents from the Dutch and Italian authorities.
– Personal assistance on the day of the wedding.
We see it as our main task to relieve you as much as possible, both during the preparations and on the wedding day itself!
